Wash Yr Hands

Remember when the CDC was telling us how long to wash our hands for?

I made a silly little tool that attempts to make the famous handwashing poster into a music video synced to the 'important' part of a song. It uses [cleve-thumbnailer](https://github.com/bbc/clever-thumbnailer() to find a 30 second 'audio thumbnail' of the song, and then uses librosa for beat detection, finally, knitting together the images with, what else? ffmpeg
